When you request a booking or pickup order through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, estimated guest count, requested date, menu selections, and any message you include.

When you pay a deposit, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers. Our website host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs needed to run the site securely.

We use your contact information for one purpose: catering your event. That means responding to your request, confirming details, coordinating your date, and following up about your booking.

We will not send you marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

ATISH operates two separate text message programs. Staff Alerts: when a booking request is submitted on this website, an automated text alert is sent to ATISH's owner and authorized staff. Booking Updates: if — and only if — you tick the opt-in box on the booking form, we may send you automated text messages about your own event request at the mobile number you provide.

Ticking that box is entirely optional and is never a condition of booking or of any purchase. If you leave it unticked we will not text you. When you opt in we record the date, time and the exact wording you agreed to.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies with activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can also email info@atishevents.com or call (516) 850-7834 to be removed.

We share information only with the services that make the website work: Supabase (secure storage of booking requests), Resend (email notifications), Twilio (text alerts to staff, and booking updates to customers who opted in), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

You can ask us to correct or delete your booking information at any time — email us or call and we'll take care of it.
