Minimum Event Size

25 guests.

Deposit

A set $828 non-refundable deposit secures your event date — applied to your final balance.

Final Guest Count

Due 7 days before the event. This number is used as the final billing count.

Remaining Balance

Due before service begins on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

Travel

Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

Setup & Service

Our team arrives before your event to prepare the cooking and buffet areas. All food is grilled fresh throughout service.

Dietary Accommodations

Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate your guests.

Weather

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe covered grilling area in the event of rain.
